Black River Area Child Care Services, Inc. welcomes into our program all children regardless of race, color, creed or special needs. A two-week probationary period is required.

Steps to Enrollment

  1. Families complete an Application for Enrollment.*
  2. Program Director will contact the family to discuss slot availability and to set up a time for parent orientation.
  3. Upon a family’s commitment to an open slot, the family will be required to pay a non-refundable registration fee. This fee will be paid at the time the family picks up the enrollment packet.
  4. Prior to admission state required forms will need to be completed. These forms include, but may not be limited to, Child Enrollment Form, Health History Form, Developmental History Form, Household Size Income Statement for our DPI Food Program, and a Tuition Contract. **
  5. A Child Health Report (physical) and an Immunization Form must be completed no later than 30 days after enrollment.
  6. The Center is open to visits and observation by parents during hours of operation. Parents are encouraged to become involved in Center activities.

*If a child attends an Early Childhood Program, Pre-K, or any other program, a copy of his/her IEP (Individualized Education Plan) must be included with the Application for Enrollment.

**If your child has a diagnosed food allergy, a signed doctor’s statement, along with other Center forms regarding specifics of your child’s food allergy, must be on file by your child’s first day of attendance.
